Pharmacom Labs Clomos is an orally active Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) delivering 50mg of Clomiphene Citrate per unit dose. Composed of a racemic mixture of two geometric isomers (zuclomiphene and enclomiphene), Clomiphene Citrate acts as a selective estrogen receptor antagonist at the hypothalamic-pituitary axis level.

By competitively occupying nuclear estrogen receptors in the anterior pituitary gland and hypothalamus, Clomos prevents negative feedback inhibition by circulating estrogens. This blockade stimulates the pulsatile release of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH), triggering downstream anterior pituitary secretion of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), thereby promoting endogenous testosterone synthesis and spermatogenesis.
